The buy event ticket page allows prospective attendees to view event information details and buy tickets for it. If it is a paid ticket, they can pay for it through the payment gateway page.

Here are the details of the page:

1. Event Details: Brief details of the event like date and time as well as location are shown here.

2. Get a Ticket: The ticket price range for the event is shown here. Click the Get Tickets button to go to the ticket type selection page.

3. Ticket Type: Based on the event type, there are two types of variations possible here:

Seated Event: In a seated event, the tickets are shown as seats on the tickets page. Click on the applicable seat section to choose the ticket type. Here in the below screenshot, we see two types of seat types - North stand and

South Stand.

Non-Seated Event: For this type, select the ticket type from the list of available tickets. There could be two types - General Tickets and Free Ticket.

4. Summary: The order summary gives the details of your order with the taxes if applicable.

5. Checkout: The checkout button takes the user to the payment gateway page to make the payment by entering the card details. The checkout page has a 10-minute timer to complete the transaction. Once the 10-minute timer goes off, the selected ticket/seat will be released and taken back to the buy page. Once you click on checkout, it will take you to the page where you can log in with your account or log in as a guest. Once you have logged in either as a guest or with your account, click on continue which takes you to the payment gateway page.

6. Payment Gateway: Select the Payment gateway as shown here. For India related events, you will also have an option to pay using

Razorpay.

7. Pay: Click on Pay to go to the payment gateway page to enter the card details. Once the payment is complete the user is redirected back to the Ticmint app with the ticket information as shown in the screenshot below.

8. Add to Calendar – The Add to Calendar button takes you to the Google Calendar event details page. Click on Save to enable the reminder for the event.

Ticket details and invoices are also emailed to the attendee’s Email address on payment. If the payment fails, details about the failed transaction are also emailed.

9. View My Tickets and Order History: The purchased tickets can be viewed on the top right-hand side of the page under My Tickets as shown below.

The QR code will be accessible to the end user based on the Reveal settings set by the organizer. If the Reveal option is set to Reveal Now, the QR code will immediately be accessible to the user through mail and it can also be viewed under My Tickets. The user needs to scan the QR code on the day of the event. If the Reveal option is set to a specified date or time before the event, then the QR code will be accessible to the user only at the specified date or time. In such cases, the end-user will either get the QR code through mail or he can go to My Tickets and click on the Reveal option as shown below.

On the day of the event. the validator/event staff uses a mobile device or a dedicated scanner to read the QR code or barcode on the ticket.

To view the order History, click on Order History. The order history will show that the payment was successful as shown below.
