What is Brand Personalisation?

Brand Personalisation helps you set up your public brand identity on Ticmint.
This identity is used across your event pages and organiser dashboard, ensuring your audience sees your brand, not a generic ticketing platform.

Think of it as creating your own branded ticketing space on Ticmint.

What happens when you personalise your brand?

Once set up:

  • Your event pages will use your brand name and logo

  • Your dashboard will be accessible via a custom brand URL

  • Attendees will associate ticketing, communication, and events directly with your brand

This builds trust, recall, and professionalism, especially important if you run multiple events.

What does each field mean?

1. Brand Name

This is your public brand or organiser name.

Example:
Tribl

This name will be used to generate:

  • Your event page URL
    → https://tribl.ticmint.com

  • Your dashboard URL
    → https://dashboard-tribl.ticmint.com

Tip: Use a clean, recognisable name. Avoid special characters.

2. Logo

Upload your brand or event logo.

This logo will appear on:

  • Event listing pages

  • Ticket booking pages

  • Emails & attendee communications

Recommended size: 200x40px

3. Country

Select the country where your organisation is based.

This helps us:

  • Set defaults for currency and formats

  • Improve compliance and localisation

  • Offer better support

Why is this important?

Personalising your brand helps you:

  • Look professional and credible

  • Maintain brand consistency across events

  • Build long-term audience trust

  • Scale easily as you host more events

Instead of sending users to a generic ticketing page, you send them to your own branded experience.

Can I change this later?

Yes, you can update your brand name or logo anytime from your dashboard settings.
