How To Create Affiliates For Your Event

Affiliate marketing is a performance-based marketing strategy where businesses (advertisers) reward affiliates (partners) for driving traffic or sales through their unique referral links. Affiliates earn commissions when someone makes a purchase or completes a desired action using their link.

By leveraging this system, Ticmint ensures seamless tracking, transparency, and efficient revenue-sharing between organizers and influencers.

Steps To Add Affiliates:

  1. Go to the Ticmint website and log in using your organizer credentials.

  2. Once logged in, you will be directed to the Organizer Dashboard.






  1. Under the Marketing section, select Affiliate Marketing to access the affiliate management 


                                   

  1. Fill in the Affiliate Details in the Pop-Up Panel. Affiliate Name: Enter the full name of the influencer or promoter.

  1. Affiliate Email: Provide the email address for communication and tracking purposes.

  2. Affiliate Comments: Specify the platform the influencer will use for promotion (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter).

  3. Tracking Code: Enter a unique tracking code to identify sales from this affiliate.

  4. Code Description: Provide a brief description of the tracking code for internal reference.



Setting Up Affiliate Commissions

1. Access the Commission Settings

  • In the Affiliate Marketing Dashboard, navigate to Affiliate Commissions.

  • Click on the Create Commission button..

2. Enter Commission Details

  • Affiliate Name: Select the affiliate from the list.

  • Event Name: Choose the relevant event.

  • Commission Percentage: Define the commission rate (e.g., 10%).

  • Click Create to save and apply the commission settings.

  • The system will now track all sales made through the affiliate’s unique link and calculate earnings accordingly.

6. Copy and Share the Affiliate URL

Once the affiliate commission is created, you need to copy and share the tracking URL with the marketer.

  1. Locate the Affiliate Commission Entry

    • Go to the Affiliate Commissions section.

    • Find the affiliate marketer’s entry in the list.

  2. Click on the Three Dots Menu

    • On the right side of the entry, click on the three dots (options menu).


  • A drop-down menu will appear with the following options:

    • Copy URL

    • Edit

    • Download Report

    • Disable

  1. Copy and Share the Affiliate URL

    • Click on Copy URL to copy the influencer’s unique tracking link.

    • Send this tracking URL to the affiliate marketer via email, direct message, or any preferred communication platform.

    • The influencer will use this URL for event promotions on their social media, blog, or website.

6. Monitor Performance and Manage Payouts

  • The Affiliate Marketing Dashboard provides real-time tracking of:

    • Ticket sales are made through affiliate links.

    • The total commission earned by each influencer.

    • Performance analytics and conversion rates.

  • Organizers can process commission payouts at scheduled intervals using their preferred payment method.
