To cancel a ticket, log in to your Ticmint Dashboard, go to "All Orders", select the ticket, and click the trash/bin icon to initiate cancellation. You have three options: Cancel & Refund (the ticket is canceled and 95% refunded), Cancel Only (the ticket is canceled with no refund), or Refund Only (95% refund, but the ticket remains valid). Refunds are processed based on the organizer’s policy and may take time depending on the payment gateway. Some tickets may be non-refundable, so review the event terms before proceeding.
