What should I do if tickets are not delivered to an attendee?

Ask the attendee to log in to the event page using the same email used for the purchase. Then, navigate to the "My Tickets" section under the Profile tab, where they will be able to find and download their tickets. If they still face issues, they can contact Ticmint Support for assistance.
