Authorized personnel who can scan and verify tickets using the Ticmint access control app are known as validators for the event. To add authorized validators, you can configure them from the settings page. Simply click on ‘’+ Create Validator’’ to add a new validator.
When creating a validator, make sure to input their name, email, and access status (Denied/Granted). Once the validator is added in the settings page, you can then navigate to the event page and click on validators.
Here are the steps to manage validators:
1. Search Validator: Search for the validator from the list of validators.
2. Select Validator: Choose the person from the list to be added as a validator for the event.
If you need to remove a validator, simply click on the Bin icon next to their name to delete them.
Access Control Time
You can set the time for revealing the QR code for tickets using the Access Control Time settings. Specify the time and days before which the code should be revealed. Additionally, you can also adjust the refresh times for the QR code on this page, as shown in the screenshot below.
