This document provides a step-by-step guide to help organisers customise the look and feel of their event page using the Theme module on the Ticmint Support Portal. The Theme module allows you to control layouts, colours, fonts, buttons, and section styling to match your brand identity.

Step 1: Log in to the Ticmint Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Ticmint Partner Dashboard using your registered business email.

  2. After a successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen.

  3. From here, you can view event summaries, ticket sales, and take quick actions such as creating an event.

Step 2: Navigate to Events

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Event.

  2. Select All Events to view all events created under your organisation.

  3. Locate the event you want to customise.

  4. Each event row displays important details such as:

    • Event Date

    • Event Title

    • Tickets Sold

    • Revenue

    • Event Status

Step 3: Open Event Editor

  1. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the event.

  2. Select Edit from the dropdown menu.

  3. This opens the Edit Event screen, where all event-related settings and configurations can be managed.

Step 4: Access the Theme Module

  1. In the left-side panel of the Edit Event screen, scroll down to the More section.

  2. Click on Theme Builder.

  3. The Theme Editor will open, allowing you to customise the event page design in real time.

Step 5: Understand the Theme Editor Layout

The Theme module is divided into three major sections:

Left Navigation Panel

The left panel contains all editable sections of the event page, including:

  • Header

  • Background

  • Sticky Bottom Bar

  • Title Section

  • Details Section

  • Footer

Each section contains additional customisation options such as text styling, colours, buttons, containers, and layout settings.

Preview Area

The centre section displays a live preview of the event page.

You can switch between:

  • Desktop View

  • Tablet View

  • Mobile View

This helps organisers preview how the event page will appear across different devices.

Customisation Panel

The right-side panel displays editable properties for the selected section.

Depending on the selected component, you can customise:

  • Background colours

  • Fonts

  • Spacing

  • Button styles

  • Section visibility

  • Text formatting

Changes are reflected instantly in the preview section.

Step 6: Change Event Layout

  1. Under the Event Page section, locate the current layout option.

  2. Click Change.

  3. Select the preferred layout design for your event page.

  4. Different layouts help organisers structure content differently based on branding and event requirements.

Step 7: Customise the Header Section

The Header section controls the top portion of the event page.

Organisers can customise:

  • Header background colour

  • Glass Effect

  • Logo placement

  • Navigation styling

  • Login button appearance

This helps maintain consistent branding across the platform.

How to Enable Glass Effect

  1. Open the required section from the left-side panel, such as:

    • Header

    • Title Section

    • Details Section

  2. In the right-side Customise panel, locate the Glass Effect toggle.

  3. Enable the toggle to apply the effect.

  4. Once enabled:

    • The section background becomes semi-transparent

    • Background elements behind the section appear softly blurred

    • Text and content remain clear and readable

  5. Changes will appear instantly in the live preview area.

Step 8: Edit Background Settings

  1. Click on Background from the left panel.

  2. Adjust the background colour or section appearance.

  3. The selected background styling will apply to the event page layout.

This helps organisers match the event page with their event branding theme.

Step 9: Configure Sticky Bottom Bar

The Sticky Bottom Bar remains visible while users scroll through the page.

This section usually contains:

  • Ticket pricing

  • Event date

  • CTA buttons such as “Get Tickets”

Organisers can customise:

  • Bar colours

  • Button appearance

  • Text styling

  • Visibility settings

Step 10: Customise Title Section

The Title Section controls the main event information displayed at the top of the page.

This section includes:

  • Event Title

  • Organiser Name

  • Event Location

  • Event Banner

  • Event Tags or Icons

Organisers can update styling for:

  • Fonts

  • Font sizes

  • Colours

  • Alignment

  • Container spacing

Step 11: Edit Details Section

The Details Section contains the event description and additional information.

Available editable components include:

  • Section Title

  • Section Text

  • Venue Information

  • Buttons

  • Containers

Organisers can customise:

  • Text formatting

  • Background colours

  • Padding and margins

  • Button colours and radius

This helps improve readability and presentation.

Step 12: Customise Footer

The Footer section appears at the bottom of the event page.

This section may contain:

  • Footer text

  • Links

  • Branding elements

  • Additional navigation

Footer styling can be customised to match the event design.

Step 13: Preview the Event Page

Before publishing, organisers can preview the final design using:

  • Desktop Preview

  • Tablet Preview

  • Mobile Preview

This ensures the page is responsive and visually optimised across all devices.

Step 14: Save Theme Changes

  1. After completing customisations, click Save at the top-right corner.

  2. Saving stores all draft changes without making them publicly visible.

Step 15: Publish the Theme

  1. Click Publish once all changes are reviewed.

  2. Publishing applies the updated theme to the live event page.

  3. Visitors will now see the newly customised event design.

Click Exit to leave the Theme module and return to the Event Editor screen.
