Theme Module – Ticmint Support Portal

This document provides a step-by-step guide to help organisers customise the look and feel of their event page using the Theme module on the Ticmint Support Portal. The Theme module allows you to control layouts, colours, fonts, buttons, and section styling to match your brand identity.


Step 1: Log in to the Ticmint Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the Ticmint Partner Dashboard using your registered business email.

  2. After a successful login, you will be directed to the Dashboard screen.

From here, you can view event summaries, ticket sales, and take quick actions, such as creating an Event.


Step 2: Navigate to Events

  1. From the left-hand navigation menu, click on Event.

  2. Select All Events to view the list of events created under your organisation.

  3. Locate the event you want to customise.

Each event row displays the event date, title, tickets sold, revenue, and status.


Step 3: Open Event Editor


  1. Click the three-dot (⋮) menu next to the event.

  2. Select Edit from the dropdown options.

This opens the Edit Event screen, where you can manage all event-related configurations.


Step 4: Access the Theme Module

  1. In the left-side panel of the Edit Event screen, scroll to the More section.

  2. Click on Theme.

You will now see a live preview of your event page along with theme configuration options on the right-hand side.


Step 5: Select a Layout

Under the Layouts section:

  • Choose a predefined layout for your event landing page.

  • Each layout controls the structure and positioning of elements such as:

    • Banner

    • Event details

    • Ticket section

    • Description and footer

Click on a layout to apply it instantly to the preview.


Step 6: Customize Theme Sections

The Customize panel allows you to edit individual sections of the event page.

6.1 Header

  • Set background colour

  • Upload a logo image

  • Choose font familyfont weight, and font colour

The header typically appears at the top of the event page.


6.2 Body

  • Change the background colour of the main page

  • Upload a background image or GIF (optional)

This section controls the overall look of the event content area.


6.3 Button

  • Edit the button text (e.g., BOOK NOW)

  • Customize button colours and visibility

Buttons are primarily used for ticket purchase or registration actions.


6.4 Title Section

  • Configure the background colour for the title area

  • Adjust event title font, size, weight, and colour

  • Customize icon box styles (icons, text, and colours)

This section highlights key event information such as name, date, and organiser.


6.5 Details Section

  • Set background colour for content blocks

  • Customize section titles (font family, size, weight, colour)

  • Customize section text styling

This section includes event descriptions, agendas, and additional information.


6.6 Footer

  • Set footer background colour

  • Upload footer logo (optional)

  • Configure text colour and social icons

The footer appears at the bottom of the event page and typically includes branding and legal links.


Step 7: Apply Button Colour Theme


  1. Scroll to the Button Colour Theme section.

  2. Choose from predefined colour combinations for quick styling.

  3. Alternatively, enter custom hex colour codes to match your brand.

Changes are reflected instantly in the live preview.


Step 8: Preview Your Event Page

  • Use the Preview button (top-right) to view how your event page looks to attendees.

  • Review layout, colours, readability, and branding consistency.

Previewing ensures that the final page appears professional and user-friendly.


Step 9: Save Theme Changes

  1. Once satisfied with the design, click Save.

  2. Your theme settings will be applied to the live event page.

⚠️ Remember to save changes before exiting to avoid losing updates.


Best Practices & Tips

  • Use high-contrast colours for better readability

  • Keep button text clear and action-oriented

  • Avoid overcrowding with too many colours or fonts

  • Always preview on desktop and mobile views
