Tracking pixels are small pieces of code that collect data about visitors to your website. They help measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns, track conversions, and gather insights into user behavior. In Ticmint, you can easily add tracking pixels for Facebook Pixel and Google Analytics to improve your analytics and advertising strategies.

Follow the steps below to integrate these tracking tools into your website.

Accessing the Tracking Pixels Section

  1. Log in to your Partner Dashboard.

  2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to the Website.

  3. Select the Tracking Pixels tab in the top navigation bar.

Adding a Facebook Pixel

  1. In the Tracking Pixels section, click the Add Pixel button under the Facebook Pixel section.

  2. In the popup window:

    • Enter your Facebook Pixel ID in the provided field.
(Tip: You can find your Facebook Pixel ID in the base code of your Facebook Pixel.)

    • Click Save to confirm and apply your changes.

Adding a Google Analytics Pixel

  1. In the Tracking Pixels section, click the Add Pixel button under the Google Analytics section.

  2. In the popup window:

    • Enter your Google Analytics Measurement ID in the provided field.
(Tip: You can find this ID in your Google Analytics account under Admin > Data Streams.)

    • Click Save to confirm and apply your changes.

Confirming Pixel Setup

After adding the pixels, you can verify their functionality by:

  • Testing Facebook Pixel using the Meta Pixel Helper browser extension.

  • Testing Google Analytics by checking for real-time data updates in your Google Analytics account.

Notes and Best Practices

  • Double-check that the Pixel IDs you input are correct to ensure accurate tracking.

  • If you are managing multiple websites or accounts, confirm you’re using the correct ID for the specific project.

  • For troubleshooting issues with Facebook Pixel or Google Analytics, consult their official documentation or support channels.
