This document provides a step-by-step guide to using the Sales Accelerator feature on the Ticmint Partner Dashboard. Sales Accelerator allows organisers to create dynamic or static sales tags on event pages, listings, and tickets to drive urgency and improve ticket sales conversions.

Overview

The Sales Accelerator helps highlight:

  • Limited-time offers

  • Low ticket availability

  • Flash sales and promotions

These tags can appear across different surfaces such as event listings, event pages, ticket pages, and event slots.

Step 1: Navigate to Sales Accelerator

  1. Log in to your Ticmint Dashboard.

  2. Open the event you want to manage (for example, 2025 Fashion Show).

  3. In the left-hand sidebar, scroll down to the More section.

  4. Click on Sales Accelerator.

Step 2: Choose Where to Apply Sales Tags

You can apply sales tags to different parts of your event experience:

  • Listing Page – Displays tags on the main event listing

  • Event Page – Shows tags on the event detail page

  • Ticket Page – Displays tags near ticket options

  • Event Slots – Used for multi-slot or timed-entry events

Click on the desired page type (for example, Listing Page) to begin setup.

Step 3: Choose Tag Type

Sales Accelerator supports Dynamic Tags and Static Tags.

A. Dynamic Tags

Dynamic tags appear automatically based on predefined conditions.

Inventory-Based Dynamic Tags

Use this option to show tags when tickets are running low.

Steps:

  1. Select Dynamic → Inventory-based.

  2. Set the ticket threshold (for example, when 10% of tickets remain).

  3. Enter tag text such as “Sales ending soon!” or “Few tickets left”.

The tag will automatically appear once the inventory condition is met.

Time-Based Dynamic Tags

Use this option to create urgency close to the end of ticket sales.

Steps:

  1. Select Dynamic → Time-based.

  2. Set the number of days before sales end (for example, 2 days).

  3. Enter tag text such as “Hurry! Offer ends soon!”.

The tag will appear automatically based on the time condition.

B. Static Tags

Static tags are manually controlled and can appear immediately or at a scheduled time.

Static Tag – Show Now

  • Select Static → Now

  • The tag appears as soon as the event is published

Static Tag – Scheduled

Use this option for flash sales or planned promotions.

Steps:

  1. Select Static → Scheduled.

  2. Choose the desired date and time.

  3. Enter tag text such as “Flash Sale”.

  4. The tag will appear automatically at the scheduled time.

Step 4: Save Your Settings

  1. Review your tag configuration.

  2. Click Save.

The sales tag will now display automatically on the selected page based on your rules.

Tips for Best Results

  • Use short and clear tag texts (for example, Limited OfferFew Tickets Left)

  • Combine inventory-based and time-based tags to maximise urgency

  • Schedule flash sales during high-traffic hours for better conversions

  • Avoid overcrowding pages with too many tags

Conclusion

The Sales Accelerator module helps boost ticket sales by adding urgency and highlighting time-sensitive promotions. With flexible options for automated triggers and manual scheduling, organisers can effectively drive engagement and conversions across all event pages.
